ORIGINAL SOUTHERN STYLE CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN
HEAT FROM FROZEN. Product is fully cooked.
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Remove desired number pieces, place on a sheet pan lined with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for about 30 minutes turning every 10 minutes until product is hot and crispy. Depending on the oven, it may take longer.
Air Fryer: Set temperature to 390ºF. Place pieces in basket (do not stack). Cook until product is hot and crispy for about 15 minutes, turning every 8 minutes for even browning.
Beef Wellington

COOK FROM FROZEN. Remove packaging. Preheat oven to 415ºF. Put desired number of frozen pieces on a parchment lined baking sheet. Product should not touch. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until meat thermometer reaches 110ºF.
Remove from oven and rest on baking sheet for 10 minutes. Internal temperature will rise to 125-130º for a perfect medium rare. Remove carefully from baking sheet using a spatula, making sure you get under the bottom of the pastry when plating.
TIPS
- use a meat thermometer for best results
- make sure you get the thermometer into the filet
- use parchment lined baking sheet
- let rest full 10 minutes to allow temperature to rise and juices to go back into the filet
Chicken Wellington

COOK FROM FROZEN. Remove from packaging.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place desired number of pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 45 minutes until pastry is well browned and internal temperature reaches 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes on the baking sheet before moving to plate.
TIPS
- use a meat thermometer for best results
- make sure you get the thermometer into the chicken
- use parchment lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray ensures a well-browned flaky crust
- let rest full 10 minutes to allow temperature to rise and juices to go back into the chicken
- For a cleaner look, cut the Wellington down the center crosswise for a smaller portion. If you try to cut in thirds or quarters, the filling may fall out and pastry may crumble.
Seasoned Diced Chicken

COOK FROM FROZEN. Thaw overnight in refrigerator on plate, leave in packaging. Once thawed, open package and place product in a pre-heated skillet. Brown in skillet for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.

TRADITIONAL CREAM WITH CHEESE
BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE
COOK FROM FROZEN.
Oven: preheat to 425ºF. Place frozen gratins on lined baking sheet. Bake for 23-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Air fryer: Place desired number of frozen pieces in the air fryer, making sure they don’t touch. Cook at 390ºF for 12-14 minutes until crunchy on the outside and the middle is hot.

Product is fully cooked.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400ºF, place desired number of pieces on a sheet pan lined with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray. For best results, keep product in a single layer on sheet pan, do not stack or overlap. Cook for 30 minutes, turning wings half way through cooking time or until wings are hot and crispy.
Air Fryer: Remove desired number of pieces and place in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook at 390ºF for about 15 minutes, turning wings half way through cooking time, or until wings are hot and crispy.
Chicken Parmesan

COOK FROM FROZEN. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a foil lined sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place unwrapped frozen chicken on pan, chicken side down; sauce and cheese side up. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
